Now is the time to get friendly with pantry-friendly beans, lentils, whole grains, and staple ingredients like canned tomatoes, and dried herbs and spices.
I've taught cooking classes for almost a decade, have a cookbook, and a wellness & recipe website, and can cook with nearly every ingredient, but please note I don't know how to cook any animal foods, as I've been vegetarian since I was 13 years old!
